From humble beginnings at the London Hilton Park Lane nearly 30 years ago the company has grown into a multi million pound turnover business which has retained the Contract at the Hilton London Gatwick, without interruption and through a succession of owners and General Managers for over 30 years – a milestone achievement for any service business and one which we are proud to boast about.

HCS & Co service over 5,000,000 bedrooms annually across the UK and Northern Ireland and provides tailor made solutions to suit individual hotel requirements. From a fully managed outsourced solution of the housekeeping and back of house Areas to a service providing complimentary personnel to work alongside and under the direction of your own management team, we are able to respond decisively and professionally and to provide a service to suit your needs. From as little as 5 to as many as 200, including complex departmental restructures which include TUPE, we have the resources, experience and infrastructure to respond.
